All products, courses, videos, experiences & private mentoring sessions are FINAL SALE.

All prices are shown in EUROS ( € ).  You may use a currency converter to know how much your purchase will cost in your own currency.  The actual exchange rate which you are charged is calculated by Paypal during your checkout and is FINAL.

All content offered on The Creatrix Experience website (www.ElizabethdesRoches.com) & in the accompanying virtual shop is created by Elizabeth des Roches and is protected by copyright.

When you purchase a digital product from Elizabeth des Roches, you agree that it is for your own PERSONAL use.  You will not forward, copy, share or sell any of the content, including downloadable PDF workbooks with/to anyone else.

You are free to watch & use the content which you have purchased as often as you wish.

Previewing Content

If you would like to preview content before you purchase, you are invited to visit the site www.ElizabethdesRoches.com and watch the FREE videos which are available there. This will give you a general overview of the style, quality and feel of working with Elizabeth.  Obviously, every interaction is different and may vary.

If you are considering a mentoring package (including Centre Your Self or Define Your Design) and would like to book a consultation call, send an email along with some basic information about yourself & your current/future projects by clicking HERE.  You will receive an email with a link to book a time.

Group Experiences

All group experiences are recorded and may be offered for public sale at a later date.  You are not entitled to any remuneration with regards to any sale of a recording.

If you participate in a group experience, please keep this in mind as you speak.  You may request that the recording be paused if you wish to share information of a personal, sensitive nature.

If you choose to leave a group call, for any reason, you will receive the recording, but your enrolment fee will not be refunded.

Confidentiality

Any information sharing during any interactions (live, virtual, written) between Elizabeth des Roches & her clients is held in strict confidence.

Any information shared during a group experience is personal & private. You should not share anything which occurred during a call with anyone who was not in attendance.

Privacy Policies

Your personal identifying information will never be sold, lent, or shared by The Creatrix Experience or Elizabeth des Roches for commercial purposes.  You can read more about our Privacy Policies HERE.

Testimonials & Recommendations

If you wish to share your experience of a product, mentoring or group call, you are invited to send an email along with a photo (optional) by clicking HERE.  You will be contacted before any testimonial is published to ensure accuracy and agreement.

You may share your personal experience on social media or elsewhere as long as it does not infringe any of the above terms including confidentiality and copyright.
