What Happened in Denmark…
This is the recording of my call when I shared what it was like to spend a whole week on the shores of the North Sea in a tiny Danish village in early March, have all my meals cooked for me, learn new ways to heal & balance the body, mind & spirit and enjoy glorious hours for deep reflection!

We began with a short meditation to “land & ground”.
Then I spoke a bit about why I decided to go to Denmark & the amazing woman who led the course, Githa Ben-David. I talked about Regressive Cell-Singing and ways you can feel more energized all day long. I gave a demonstration of the surprising Note from Heaven and showed how to sing the Hung Song (this alone can help you detox your body & shift your mindset faster than any medication or nutritional protocol).

The Story of La Quaintrelle
This is the recording of my episode on Marisa Glaser Goudy’s Knotwork Storytelling podcast.
She gave me an interesting challenge, to write an unique story of powerful women, their natural sovereignty & ways they weave magic through their lives.
I decided to explore the fates/norns/wyrd sisters. I’ve always been interested in the fates’ connection to spinning/weaving & the fibre arts in general. They are working with much MORE than simple threads & yarns!
AND lately, I’ve been looking at the idea that we can play the role of the fates for ourselves.
So I wrote La Quaintrelle (actually, I sketched it out & then “channelled” the details while we were recording…).
Once my tale was told, we went on to have the most illuminating conversation.
